Cook Inlet and Knik Arm, Alaska
Knik Arm is the body of water that flows into Cook Inlet. Together, they form the western perimeter of Anchorage. Turnagain Arm flows across the south side of town into the Inlet, which eventually meets the up with the Gulf of Alaska to the south.
